I'd say that's a yes at this point. I'm still sticking to my initial hunch that August or Sept. is in play. LOL.....I'm no different than anyone else. We all want a stock to run the day we buy it.... Honestly at this point I don't spend a lot of time, well, any, trying to research or chase down new news or info on ETEK. I just have my L2 up all day and it's so obvious that MM's are maneuvering shares around. Yesterday nobody had 1's.....lol......at the end of the day NITE tosses up 297,000 1's to take the price off 2. Today I put in an order for 1's after a bunch showed up and couldn't get any.

Anyway. Yeah. This will move in the upcoming months. Emergent being just the Custodian keeps this a little different. They don't sell shares, etc etc etc because they don't own the company. And as such news and updates aren't going to happen unless they have something solid to share.

Emergent although has money invested in their custodial agreement and process so they aren't going to want to just through that away.

I'm just taking a realistic look at this and I am OK where it's at. The process is the process and it will take however long it takes. So far their is no reason to assume the Emergent isn't working behind the scenes and we are going forward.

And there's a reason the MM's are moving shares around.....
