100% coming and they had quite some time to wheel and deal with FINRA to ensure there would be no hiccups. Also has to go smooth to complete the spin-off quick with other parties watching in waiting.

I really dont believe this split was done without conditions on the Company and with the intention of the Company regaining future compliance to raise significant capital in the near future

Of note: $4 is the requirement for NAS compliance
