Turbo, this is my thinking: if Stockforce is right and we are going to acquire assets from Net Element after their merger deal with Mullen, then before we can release an S-1 with that information, their deal has to be finalized and approved.

Mars said she was shooting for and hoping to have the S-1 by the end of July. She never said it would absolutely be done by that time. Again, with Net Element and Mullen having to extend the time needed to complete their deal, to the middle of August; I don't expect we will be seeing the S-1 in July.
