I'm not sure how anyone could sell the company without returning the money and or filing with the SEC to sell OUR investment into EGRN..The certs and shares that were never signed off to investors..There is something not right .. and the only legal corporate action is to return our money .. Rene is no longer an authority so what is to become of the money or investment is a mystery ..I am ready to contact the SEC and or the Canadian exchange to figure out what is going on here.. because right now investors here have a claim to GRAND LARCENY ..and the people involved should be handed over to authorities.. jmho
