If convertible notes have been settled then we should see a 10Q mid August reflecting a much cleaner balance sheet without derivative expenses. That would be a significant step towards profitability.

Covid probably means Q2 will not show much in the way of revenue, that will come in Q3 & Q4. Minimal to no derivative expense though is key to ending the year with net profit.
