Don't get fooled too it's market makers discretion in OTC how they display a buy or sell.. alot of these red sells what you think are dumping could very easily be people's buys getting taken... it creates and illusion to traders watching level II tapes that everyone selling right now which could be further from the truth. Rules pretty much cater to retail traders absolutely last...
