last pipe they ran the pps ran to $1.99 before they did it, I believe....
Have never seen the pps be down 40% and then do a pipe..
If they are going to make some money, they'll run it first.

Doubtful they do a pipe when the pps is $1.20.
Too much news and data being sat on right now......
They'll run it first, then pipe or no pipe?????
