This company could have been a good mine...you cannot sell the backbone of your company for pennies..it kills your future growth!!!..buisness 101....I would much rather pay a loan than give away millions of dollars in shares...who does private placements lol...um ...nobody....its awesome for the buyer believe me...they have tripled there investment...kudos to them....but cut the throat of the other common holders...!!!!!....
