Can you explain the price action and volume thus far Roll? I am holding strong for 10 years but need an explanation. If, as you say, Medtronic just bought another 5 million shares, why would the stock be down 8 per cent on 1.9 million shares? What percentage would be selling as opposed to buying at this point in the day? If shorters have to cover, doesn't the pps have to rise based on the buying of shares to cover?? Why would we be down this much so early in the day? Again I am holding strong but some insight would be helpful here. You mention you have been through this buyout process several times. Explain the action thus far. Aren't the sellers just taking their profit and running?

To get shares that market makers lower the price. People sell when it down ticks and hold when it upticks. This works.
Watch them accumulate. They know people panic.
