My theory is that’s an excuse... No auditor takes 4 months to give results! In COVID or worse!...
I’ve dealt with multiple auditors and even it the worse case scenario it was 1 month and they only needed to spend 1 day in my facility with $20 million of inventory.

Either the CFO is lazy and hasn’t been giving them what they need, or Gary started it late. If they have everything they needed 3 months ago then they would’ve had it done. At that point the auditor can do everything from home.

This is an excuse and, like every other year, they didn’t take is serious and are late. It’s unbelievably unprofessional
