Its done this twice before!!

Both times before it was in the RSI 70+ zone for at least three days.

I think we have this day and then we get some blockbuster news....on the consolidation I don't see it heading below .30 at all. That will be the new base and from there it tests .70 and then yes a dollar.

.30 IMO worst case scenario....we may head up and then go sideways for some trading sessions to let the RSI cool down and have a much higher base as well...
