1000% could be a reason why. I'm not saying he has, and if ABMC has properly reported, then he hasn't. But I don't like the fact that he waited 4 months to report the purchase, as the same could be true for a sale.

I'm still long, but there are ways this could blow up. Healgen may decide they don't want to work with ABMC, who could be seen as a competitive threat, for example. However, there is no sign of that - and the awarding to herself of 1.25m shares bodes well for the outcome here.

Just trying to keep my eyes wide open.

I did reach out to ask why we aren't being informed. No answer yet. That does make me suspicious as to motives, and my money is at stake.
