Mindful of the thought. 2 weeks+. Not long. I am of the opinion that the completion of the RM does not need to be completed for the LAHO/MSSV stock transfers to occur. Really independent of that transaction.

Would it not be better for all to have the official RM happen after the actual distribution of shares in accordance with LAHO/MSSV agreement?

Even the terms of the agreement could change. For the good or bad. Having that determination on distribution under the bridge would clear the way for a 'clean' transition resulting from the RM.

Best to get this whole fiasco on MSSV/LAHO shares over with before any stability company-wise could be attained. Lets move on!!!
