Stuff like this is what has me invested here>Insider ownership,the billionaire,the prior Naz listing,the mention of staying within Naz standards and the fact that they managed to operate with no real dilution like converts other then awards of stock options and what have you.I believe that management deserves the options due to bringing in a deal that has increased share holder value.However like ya'll I do believe there is and was some stuff the auditor singled out and smacked some pee pee's over thus the 10kA lol
