Misleading? Just a quick question, those press releases that they put out to me qualified as misleading. At no point (that I am aware of) Rubin mentioned that what happened was a possibility. Going from "this is the business plan" to "ummm sorry your shell company that I bought, well now that I think about it, I am out". This is the second time he does this. All that "respect" everyone has for him is trash. They real question is, what kind of scam is he running here? Moving around for years with a company not selling anything, taking over a shell to then leave? I don't get it.
