Well if you look at what Lcy was trying to do with kraton it was all going through the U.K. in a holdco. Now somehow in q4 of 2017 Lcy filed a LEI with theLondon stock exchange which they have never traded on. Q4 of 2017 when Eno was brought in to sell the company. No coincidence. In the making since q4 2017. What a ride!
