Uhhh...yes. I am clear.

The simple observation is that the note doesn't mature until November.

The conversion is WAY, WAY more profitable than just basic interest so expect a 50 MILLION SHARES DUMP AT ANY MOMENT!

Why would anyone expect a 50M share dump at any moment (in July,) if the note isn't due till November?
