Adhoc committed already said, "(While we do not yet have reason to believe that a Chapter 11
Plan accepted by the DIP loan lenders will provide a recovery for shareholders, our current
expectation is that recovery for shareholders in an orderly liquidation is very unlikely.)

They have nothing to tell you cause there is no plan or even reason to believe shareholders will survive. They are saying it loud and clear for all to hear.
