Might be a stretch to say "someone's life is ruined" however I've read about and personally experienced hospitals and Dr's making claims about individual's deaths being caused by covid-19 in order to access xtra money from Medicare when in fact the deaths were not covid-19 related at all. This type of practice is what should really be investigated and makes the charges against Arrayit seem like small potatoes. Also, there are several companies doing "virtual" appointments and prescribing medications without a Dr ever meeting the patient. Seems like there are two sides to every story if you ask me and I am looking forward to hearing the other side.
