They don't care about IPIX. They don't care about any of the OTC stocks I or you hold, but there is one common theme...the PPS declines between news events and meaningful PR's. MM's are thieves and they prove it everyday. Instead of providing a liquid market they naked sell most OTC stocks and the SEC turns a blind eye. IPIX will prevail since B kills c. My hope is that Leo will come out with a huge PR during a trading day and catch the MM's with their pants down...very possible. Go IPIX.
