Yes, this has been talked about here before. Our deal with Treasury closes next month as was noted in your post. After the deal is completed FMG will become the largest shareholder of Treasury Metals.

FMG shareholders will be distributed a portion of the shares the Company receives in the deal and ALL of the warrants will be divided among FMG shareholders. FMG shareholders won't get possession until after the annual shareholder's meeting which happens next June (2021).
