Really just depends on how many more shares need to be sold. Let's be honest here, the old O/S was 38.5M. We know 45M restricted shares were given to the CEO/COO which should put us around 84M O/S. As of 7/18 it's actually 92M, so 8M shares unaccounted for. Of the 92M we know AT LEAST 45M are restricted, leaving 47M float. We've traded 75M shares since 7/2, which is 1.6x the max float assuming 92M O/S. 7/2 share price closed at .019. 75M (1.6x max float) shares later we're at .0155. That doesn't make sense and with the T/A being gagged, we can't even get an idea of when it will end.

Immunic CMO discusses significance of MS Awareness Month; progress with treatment

Muehler addressed patients’ fears of disability, stressing the company’s commitment to tackling "progression independent of relapse activity (PIRA)", a key unmet need. NanoViricides highlights broad-spectrum antiviral strategy and progress with lead drug candidate

NanoViricides Chief Financial Officer Meeta Vyas joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share updates on the company’s development of broad-spectrum antiviral therapeutics and its unique positioning amid global market uncertainty. Vyas emphasized that NanoViricides, headquartered in Shelton, Connecticut, conducts all of its research and development in-house, which insulates the company from international tariff fluctuations and supply chain disruptions. At the center of the company’s pipeline is NV-387, a broad-spectrum antiviral drug that differs from vaccines in both function and strategy. Rather than targeting specific viral strains, NV-387 works by mimicking the receptor sites used by over 90% of pathogenic viruses—including influenza, RSV, COVID-19, and smallpox. Vyas explained that this approach helps circumvent the problem of viral mutation, which often renders traditional vaccines less effective. “Regardless of how they mutate, they land on the same receptor site. So we copy the receptor site, which is invariant to mutation,” she said, underscoring the robustness of the NanoViricides platform. She also highlighted supportive regulatory developments in the U.S., noting that the new HHS administration has endorsed a more integrated approach to pandemic preparedness, which includes therapeutics like NV-387 as a key component. Oriole Resources wraps up pivotal 2024, targets major gold milestones in 2025

Oriole Resources PLC (AIM:ORR) CEO Martin Rosser and CFO Bob Smeeton take Proactive's Stephen Gunnion through the company’s latest full-year results and upcoming milestones across its key exploration projects. Rosser highlighted a pivotal year for the company’s Bibemi and Mbe gold projects in Cameroon. At Mbe, maiden drilling continues, following trenching results that indicated strong mineralisation. “We think Mbe South has significant potential to host a substantial gold deposit,” Rosser added. Smeeton detailed a £2 million reduction in operating loss and financial support from BCM International. “Since year-end, BCM have given us $1.1 million, largely replenishing CapEx,” Smeeton noted. He also confirmed progress on a joint venture agreement with Managem at the Senala project in Senegal. Allergy Therapeutics turns the corner, targets market launches
