Nope, that is nowhere to be found in either the court records and monitor's reports. That's what the losing bidder said that Mica said, but Mica disputed it, and the losing bidder didn't litigate it. The court records are very clear the company was liquidated for $4.34M.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
