I will GUARANTEE it is more than 296 million outstanding shares as of today....... dilution was supposed to stop in late June for a couple of weeks, but didn't and the Outstanding Share count went up by more than 150 million from 6-12 to 7-10 (4 weeks).

The PRE 14c (R/S announcement) was first submitted on 6-11, when share count was 140 million..... that tells you that dilution wasn't gonna stop.

Ive been calling for a run since it was trading @ .015 and was buying then, but I honestly think the run won't happen until next month... hopefully like the one 2 years ago!
