Hard to find winners in this scenario...

Looks like "Scamapoloza" if you follow the paper....

1) PAOG has 1.5 Billion in their AS of those 900 million+ are outstanding.
2) PURA has about 500 million shares outstanding.
3) PURA gives PAOG their "thriving" grow op and NCM.
4) PURA shareholders get a "1:1 dividend".
5) PAOG shareholders get a 50% dilution. AND the company's AS gets maxed out.
6) PURA gets "off-the hook" for the dividend promised shareholders.
7) NOVU gets nothing.

Maybe I am missing something, but it looks to me like the only ones who stand a chance are PURA holders who grab their PAOG dividend and DUMP! Unfortunately, I suspect most of those folks are already down so much that even that strategy won't make up for their existing losses.


Who doesn't love fresh shrimp?
