I haven’t read through the court documents in full in some time, but the one I saw proposed to turn debt into shares, a whole lot of them. Not sure how they think that will improve the business prospects or the share price since the company needs cash to move forward. The earlier proposal with the stalking horse bid at least moved the tech to a debt free enterprise, though that meant wiping everybody out.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
