Thanks yes, Like I stated before, Material increase in Asset Composition - OR- operating revenues. Key point is - (OR) - "Asset Composition" has occurred as well as the financial report as of yesterday! Management also stated that more will be reported at a later date. (They just got the revenue companies, so that will come next).

(IMO), Financials don't necessarily move a stock price in either direction, MM's do! There are plenty of stock company's to prove this. So if one sets their hopes on this alone, I would not hold my breath.

Additionally, It is my understanding that CLSI has notified/filed the necessary notifications to the OTC. "The OTC Disclosure" identifies "AT THEIR DISCRETION". Again, OTC = B/S.
