I agree with this. Things may start to leak in October but next 2 months is likely dead. Next catalyst will be final cap rule than possibly hearing in scotus / election.

I never believed a cash settlement to plaintiffs would be probable. Government doesn't negotiate with hedge funds. They also typically don't settle a case like this, they will either win, lose or case gets dismissed/mooted.
