So much has transpired since the House filed the HEROES Act in May, that it’s easy to forget the fact that The SAFE Banking Act was included:

So opening up banking for the Hemp-CBD industry is already on the table in this economic stimulus bill

Enforcement Discretion + Banking would be a great 1-2 combo for the CBD industry
