The folks that give grants to businesses in an OZ will take one look at this company and slam the door. Non-reporting, delinquent, garbage stock, promoting a dubious diamond-making machine and then there's that scheme involving rubies and emeralds in Chloride, AZ.

I wouldn't want my tax dollar funding such an outfit, would you?
