There's really nothing more to be said until there is an update. The filings in June were exciting because it confirmed that Joe was still keeping this going and brought the status back to current. Joe awarded himself the control share as is standard for these types of situations, but doesn't look to be diluting anything additional according to the filings. Everything else is just a matter of how long someone wants to be patient and wait to see what happens here. Personally, I was hoping those quick filings might indicate that something was near but that hasn't proven to be the case.
