So true ...How hard is to pay some farmer in Vietnam to hang a sign outside a Bldg & say look "we are making progress" and people believed it . If this man went as far as staging an acting job just seconds before he is to talk to his shareholders live , why would he not stage a fake bldg with a "banner" on a rag tag bldg & say "look we have a bldg" to appease his shareholders ....
