There are choices where one can live! I certainly don't enjoy a 15% haircut on the IPIX PPS, but I'm very thankful of where I live and the opportunities this great land affords. MM's on the other hand make it their business to take our shares (by instilling fear of loss to many in the OTC) by naked shorting many OTC stocks because they can without impunity from the SEC for the most part (even though it's illegal), and when they do get their wrist slapped they pay a fine and keep doing what they do. I do think there are a few that short, but very few.

IPIX will be fine, and B will beat c! GLTA!
