The Zen and Zen NX are fully compliant with WMA DRM and shipped with the support included. That's why there is no need for drivers to be downloaded. I didn't ask about the MuVo, but assume the answer is the same. The newer devices include the support right out of the box.

I confirmed this by calling Creative's customer support line at 1-800-998-1000.

The tutorial video at http://www.buymusic.com/ (bottom of page) shows a demonstration of loading content on a Zen (or Zen NX). The video also shows that players need to be DRM compliant to play the encrypted songs.
