They are only late if you believe covid will be gone soon. There will likely be plenty of covid patients available to test on when IPIX is ready. The only reason they haven't started a covid trial yet is lack of drug due to focusing on different dosing for other indications.

B is not a vaccine... Therapeutics will have a place, but time is running out as trials are on-going and starting soon. Again, IPIX is a day late and dollar short.
