Ya Wow look at the frenzy.

It is sort of puzzling. All of the predictions the current 1.8B shares are going to jump to 0.15 when a pile of forms representing the IND is submitted to the FDA.

So why not ensure one beats the frenzy and buys 1M at 0.018? At least hit the current Ask at 0.017? Is a +0.0001 difference that much when compared against predictions of +15X? Apparently so.
