You made a great point last week - wittingly or unwittingly. I looked into the share offering at the CEO's other venture. I would imagine that Mr. Huss is pretty frustrated with the performance of the associated individuals and overall entity that folded into that ticker. The timing of the recent SEC filings here at CZNI would suggest that he will very soon be moving on to more successful ventures.

As we all know - timing is everything in OTC world.
