If they are redeemable at 11.50 a share, and they cannot be called until the stock is trading over $18.00, and then give a 30 day period to redeem.
It all depends on how the stock behaves after it goes over $18.00.
If it rockets, I would hope that the warrants would be $10-$12 or so before being called and due. At that point, flip them into call options or the stock itself IMO.
