It is not hard to understand that the claim 10-B is subordinated from all other debt. It’s written in the contract (prospectus).

It is not hard to understand there is more than 130B unpaid debt.

Therefore, not also hard to understand that there is no asset left to pay all CTs, preferred and common.

Refusing to understand is the problem.
