AND, WHY WOULD LAZAR BUY 3 BILLION SHARES???

For me, only 3 reasons... 1) Lazar already knows who the purchaser of the shell might be, and it might be a business investment for him...

2) Lazar wants to reduce the 8.2 billion shares by 3 billion shares, which will add much better value o a decreased A/S reduced to 5 billion shares...

3) Lazar has seen the NOBO list and purchased the 3 Billion shares to bust the kahones of the shorts...and the expected naked shorted MMs...

ALL 3 should be winners for investors...and make for a lot of financial fun for the next few months...jmho
