Thank you for your email.

EQBM is spinning off restricted shares of Soma Petroleum. As of 12/15 the spin-off shares were still pending DTC eligibility. Once these become eligible, they will be allocated to us and we can pay out. Unfortunately we do not have any estimated payout date or ratio for the payout.
