Because that is the only way for this crappy company to get to $1. Just look at how many shares were outstanding in Jan 2019 and look now. They have issued millions to a toxic lender according to the BK documents. That is clearly a shareholder suit in the making if anyone wanted to make something of it and look deeper into it.
