I have 2 questions.

1) For those expecting a SP run this week, who or what would cause a surge in price with a RS in less than a week? This looks like wishful thinking.

2) If the RS is executed at a low SP and RNVA doesn't get back to NASDAQ, how will Rennova gain access to capital to fund operations? Will Seamus continue to go after toxic money like he's done in the past?

Well, Seamus was honest about doing this RS, but unless #1 happens somehow it seems he was lying about getting RNVA back on NASDAQ to attract investors for healthier capital.
