I agree with you.. The terms should have been same for warrants and common shares of GPAQ. Thats what we all think. But the company says the terms are different for common shares and warrants.

Are we at the mercy of company's legal experts? If they have to change the terms now, they will hv to give up potential $87M on warrants conversion.. if that ever happens at $11.50 for each shares.
