Remember one thing by law. If they get an offer, they are required to announce it even though their BOD have not yet approved the offer. They are allow a period of time to accept the offer and announce their approval. During this review period, there may come a second offer (from someone else) that is higher than the first one, the pps will also reflect it. ...
So if someone had already made an offer, they already announced. So nothing yet for now. I rather see ttcm move up higher much higher before this happened...jmo.
