I understand, I wish it was 20+ by now too and it should be. Listen, you got to believe these guys are pros at their jobs. I am a skeptic. I am paranoid. Both real life attributes I obtain and work on myself everyday.
I am confident this low float backed by private organizations who likes being private and will probably always stay private (NFL) (Hof) wants to be kept as internal as possible. You can see the accumulation in the volume over the past several weeks on any chart. I am a few drinks in and may be a little extra rn, bit get ready as we are getting ready for takeoff. Look at all the other spacs. The hype is gone. Trading is slowly getting back to normal and I'm glad this didn't get flooded. Because it would pump to $75 the. Tank and no one would touch it. Leading me back to these guys are pros. They think long term. They think maximize profit potential in every aspect every corner. The management all own a vast amount of stock. This will go parabolic, I really think so. I'm a relatively new investor but no one can deny the diversification of their business portfolio. Once that engine starts. Whooooo 0-60 fast as hell boi. Lol we all gonna make a lot of money!!

It says specifically that Klein is exempt from this rule in the 8k sec filing. Which I believe means he is not considered a beneficial owner. Additionally, it states he took on debt with payment of stock in gpaq =to $10 per share.
I believe there was a deal with him taking on debt that a portion of this would be sold pre merger to help compensate for some of the debt he took.
We will find out 100% Mon I hope as there is someone on ST who has a call with IR this Monday to clear things up about warrants and about this.
