CEO did all shareholders a favor.

Shareholders notified of a 1:20 rs in a pre & def 14c.

Prevented the toxic note converters from blowing the OS up into the billions by bumping the price from low trips to mid doubles. Converters still got their converts at approx $0.001 with the 35% discount to market price...'no look back stipulation'...all good.

As Col317 has been pointing out for a couple months (longer even, before I got here)...something was up with FUNDING and our anti-Cancer drug candidate Adva-27a BFORE the Coronavirus fell into our lap(s)...

They seem to have STOPPED looking for toxic convertible FUNDING and have been cleaning up the Balance Sheet, Statement of Operations, everything...

...and then God said, "Let there be Coronavirus. Slilaty needs it to cure cancer."

Lol...(not funny, really)



No convertible debt. No convertible preferred stock.

They haven't sold ANY convertibles. They are required (SBFM has always been fully-reporting SEC-compliant) to file an 8K for the Sales of Unregistered Equity Securities (Item 3.2 of Form 8-K). If unregistered shares are sold they are purchased (acquired) with a 6 month (180 days) restrictive period. They could not be sold into the market (dilution) for 6 months...from the day they are/were purchased from SBFM. That hasn't happened yet. Six months without toxic convertible debt/dilution.

FUNDING could be the next PR.

SBFM has been cleaning up their expenses...



Cleaning up BEFORE Coronavirus. Selling PRODUCT / REVENUES with great gross profit margins...gearing up for Adva-27a anti-Cancer drug trials...anyway they can...good luck Sunshine Biopharma!
