Bigheadd, I called three times on Monday and kept getting busy signals, even with the international operator trying to help me. This was the only one doc's office that Geetar gave me the name and number for. Last night, I have asked Geetar in a private message to give me at least three other names and numbers to call, but still have not heard a response from him. Surely mustering up three other colleague's names shouldn't be too much to ask, with so many sales going through, right?

Since I am out of town all week, and only really checking in here at odd hours, I won't have the opportunity to call anyone really until I return on Wednesday December 27th. Sorry.
