Long before youralleged sorts came in, Wainright had a $4.00 px target on It was based solely on fundamental research .... which apparently is at odds with all the non-professionals touting the stock here.
The technicals were right there . apparent and reliable. It confirmed the drop was coming. It came and whatever the reason it came.
I don't see anyone here as close to calling it as Wainright did and the Technicals showed.
Now you can dismiss T/A and not use it. But if your're relying on Fundamental research only, and that based on potential and not finish line success, you'd better be right.But until you are, it's just hope with a sprinkling of potential prospects.
I won't, never did, and never will base my investment decisions on that alone. And you won't see me pushing a stock without showing balance in the view.
Only technicals reflect the thinking of investors. and since its them in the final analysis that determines where a stock in going, look to the charts to find out. Otherwise do your full DD including the negatives and leave the rest to the group thinkers.

BTW- Asking for technical analysis on "What happened that day" is rather shortsighted. T/A looks at trends and indicators for continued clues in direction. Not day trading answers for longer term outcomes. Foolish and wrong question.
