Wayneburmaster, rather then spending your time on message boards i think it would be better spent if you twist Ed's arm and release the audited financials. There is absolutely no reason to hold them back unless something is wrong with the financials Ed promised weeks ago. Also, if IBAC Corp. was actually a clean Corp on the RM then why in heavens name would you want to be out the expense of another RM? Just file the AF and form 10 and get off of the PINKs. I am beginning to wonder if shareholders have not been lied to, and another thing, what is the 12-13-06 ammendment about and what is the A/S count, O/S count, and the float #'s. Get busy and start taking care of your shareholders...assuming you are really Wayne Burmaster and this is not another scam.

Also, ungag the Transfer Agent!!!
